How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping takes approximately 3-5 days for delivery. For expedited shipping, there's a 1-2 business day processing time before orders ship. Orders placed over the weekend will ship the following Tuesday. Please note that during high-volume periods, and holidays, processing and shipping times are not guaranteed and will likely be extended due to increased order volume.

What are my options for expedited shipping?
To optimize the customer experience according to individual needs, we offer expedited shipping through various carriers, selectable at checkout. Estimated shipping times, provided by carriers, are not guaranteed, and consequently, we cannot refund shipping charges if orders do not arrive within the estimated timeframe.
It's important to note that expedited shipping does not bypass the standard processing time required to ship an order.

Customers need to check the status of the goods and can exchange/return goods immediately at the time of delivery/receipt in the following cases: the product is not of the correct type or model as in the order placed or as on the website at the time of order; not enough quantity, not enough set as in order; external damage such as torn packaging, peeling, breakage, etc.

Customers are responsible for presenting relevant documents proving the above deficiencies to complete the return/exchange of goods. We always listen and resolve all your problems quickly and effectively.
